Browse available trips that match your needs and send a booking request. Each delivery is confirmed by the courier to ensure compatibility and safe transport, but the process remains simple and fast.

If you have a planned journey and want to carry parcels along the way, you can post a trip in just a few moments. Select your route, departure time, and available space in your vehicle, set your price, and choose the types of parcels you accept. Add any extra details if needed, then finalize by tapping "Publish trip."

You can cancel a delivery by going to the "Your Deliveries" section in the app. The sooner you cancel, the better, so the sender or courier can reorganize their route. Refunds depend on when you cancel — typically, cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are almost fully refunded, minus the service fee.

It's often cheaper than traditional courier services, especially for long distances. It's also an eco-friendly option, reducing the number of extra vehicles on the road and, in turn, CO₂ emissions. It also offers flexibility, and parcels can arrive quickly since couriers use routes they've already planned.

Delivery costs vary depending on distance, parcel size and weight, and the chosen route. Each courier sets their own rate for the available space, so there's no fixed price. To see the cost, search for an available trip in the app and check the displayed rate for your desired delivery.

Signing up is simple and free! Create an account, enter some basic information, and verify your profile. Once activated, you can post trips to carry parcels or search for and request deliveries directly from the app.
